Welcome to Kryzeny Hosting. By contracting or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before continuing.
1. Definitions
Kryzeny Hosting: Online services hosting platform accessible via the domain https://kryzeny.com, operated by the Kryzeny team.
Client: Any natural or legal person who uses the services provided by Kryzeny Hosting.
Services: Include VPS servers, bot hosting, domains, web hosting, reselling, among other products offered.

2. Acceptance
By using Kryzeny Hosting services, you declare that you have read and fully accepted the terms described herein. If you do not agree with any condition, do not use our services.
3. Registration and Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for keeping their data updated on the Kryzeny dashboard.
Use of the account is personal and non-transferable. The customer undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
4. Payments
All services must be paid in advance according to the chosen cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.).
Failure to pay by the due date will result in automatic suspension after 24 hours and permanent removal of data after 7 days.
5. Acceptable Use
It is prohibited to use Kryzeny Hosting services to:
Storage or distribution of illegal content;
Sending spam, phishing or denial of service (DDoS) attacks;
Hosting malware, exploits or cryptocurrency mining without authorization.
Violating these guidelines may result in service being suspended without notice and without refund.
6. Resource Limits
Each plan has specific CPU, RAM, disk and bandwidth limits.
Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary suspension or the need for an upgrade.
7. Backup and Data Loss
The customer is fully responsible for their backups.
Kryzeny Hosting is not responsible for data loss caused by customer failure, misuse or suspension of service.
8. Technical Support
Support is offered exclusively via email: support@kryzeny.com
Support only covers issues related to Kryzeny's infrastructure. Development issues, third-party configuration, or custom scripts are not included.
9. Suspension and Cancellation
Kryzeny Hosting may suspend or terminate services in case of violation of these terms, fraud, misuse or court order.
The customer can request cancellation at any time via the user panel.
10. Modifications to the Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time.
Notifications about relevant changes will be sent via the dashboard or registered email.
