Refund Policy – Kryzeny Hosting

At Kryzeny Hosting, we prioritize transparency and trust. This policy outlines the conditions and deadlines for requesting refunds related to our services.

1. Reimbursement Eligible Services
We offer full refunds for the following services, as long as the request is made within the established timeframe and conditions:
VPS hosting (except custom plans or plans with dedicated resources);
Shared or cloud hosting, where applicable;
Resale of hosting (as long as it is not used);
Other specific services indicated as “refundable” at the time of purchase.

2. Deadline for Application
The deadline to request a refund is up to 7 calendar days from the date the service was activated.
After this period, no refunds will be processed, except in cases of proven fault on the part of Kryzeny Hosting.

3. Non-Refundable Services
We do not provide refunds for:
Domain registrations or renewals;
Services activated on demand (e.g. WHMCS licenses, cPanel, SSL, dedicated bots, etc.);
Custom configurations, consulting or paid technical support;
Plans that have already been fully or partially used at the time of the request;
Violation of the Terms of Use by the customer.

4. Conditions for Approval
For the refund to be processed:
The request must be made by the account holder, via email: support@kryzeny.com;
The service must not have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Use;
The payment must have been successfully identified and confirmed in the system.

5. Refund Method
Refunds will be made using the same original payment method (Pix, digital wallet, card, etc.), whenever possible.
The refund period may vary depending on the payment method used and may take up to 10 business days after confirmation of the request.

6. Partial Refunds
Kryzeny Hosting does not provide partial refunds for monthly plans, even if the service has not been used in full, except in specific situations approved by the team.

7. Automatic Cancellation
Approved refund requests will result in immediate cancellation of the related service and deletion of any stored data. Please ensure you back up your data before making a request.
